The devastation in Western China is rampant.... thousands are dead... many more are injured.  We are horrified by the photos and footage.  Our heart goes out for those who are suffering.  Let's act!!

Danny Yaakobi, our contact person in Chengdu, and several Israeli colleagues have been feverishly working round the clock to assist everyone in need with basic essentials such as blankets, drinking water, tents and other personal needs.  Many victims of the earthquake are now streaming into Chengdu from badly affected areas and are in need of help.

Their personal resources have run out.  They need our help!!

Our initial target is to send RMB 100,000.  While this is a drop in the ocean it can and will certainly make a difference.

We invite all members in Jewish communities throughout China to participate in this drive. 

To donate please do one of the following:

Donations by check:  Please make check payable to Chabad of Hong Kong and mail to Chabad of Hong Kong 7 Macdonnell Road  1/F Hong Kong.  Please indicate that this donation is for the Earthquake Relief Effort.

Donation by credit card:  Please send email to info@chabadhk.org with your credit card information.
